You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items in their original condition. Plants must be returned in a healthy state, properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Items are in their original condition
  • Items are unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging is included (if applicable)
  • Items are returned within the 14-day return period

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Process
